Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We ship worldwide and we ship FREE to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia & Australia, and to other areas, including South America, Middle East & Africa or other area, an additional shipping fee will be charged. Your Kriyya Hair extensions are shipped from our factory in China directly or our overseas warehouse located in California (USA).
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders form the country/region which is not included in the sheet will be delivered by DHL Standard shipping method with $18 shippig fee. We reserve rights of charging shipping fees or even cancel orders, for the area that items cannot be delivered by our courier service provider.
Be attention: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly or our customer service.
In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Kriyya Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If the shipping address is not correct when you place an order, please contact us by the way of e-mail or live chat ASAP to help you cancel your order or change the address. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will succeed.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. When we receive your returned item, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Kriyya Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
